Isn’t it so rewarding seeing your hard work come to life? We love the end result of this new build we’ve been working on the last several months. We truly enjoyed working with Taylored Elements Construction. They were so easy to work with and trusted our design decisions. This house is so stinking cute! We love its personality and charm!
We love the beautiful White Oak hardwood floors, built in bookshelves, and fireplace that greet you as you walk into this adorable home.
The kitchen is spacious and has a lot of storage. We love the layout and also how from the kitchen you can see out of all the windows, taking in the beautiful Ashland views.
The kitchen cabinets extend all the way to the ceiling with additional storage.
The brushed nickel cabinet and drawer pulls create a traditional and yet modern feel. The long, flat hex backsplash adds character and visual interest and yet doesn’t compete with the rest of the kitchen details.
Walls are painted in BM Dove Wing and cabinets and trim are painted in BM Chantilly Lace.
This is the street view from Laurel Street. The exterior is painted in BM Polo Blue. It is a very dark, rich blue.
This is the view from the driveway.

Guest Bath. The cabinets are painted in BM Wrought Iron. The white hex floors compliment the cute, hex mirror. The wood wall was created from the original Farmhouse that sat on this property.

New construction is our love. Our Dad was a Building Contractor which caused us to grow up around new homes. We loved riding along with our Dad as he would check on the job sites and we loved walking through the homes and dreaming about what would fill them. We love that we now get to use our interior design skills on new construction and help builders and clients.
Thanks,
Erica & Kendall
